The driving force behind The Packing Pros.​

Xela Intrator is a natural-born problem solver who grew up helping with her family-founded moving company in Chapel Hill. Her parents, Roland and Wendy Intrator, instilled in her a strong work ethic and interest for the betterment of her community. Driven by a deep yearning to make a difference, Xela embarked on a professional journey that further honed her problem-solving skills. As a psych nurse, she specialized in person-centered care, tending to the needs of individuals, including her own father who battled Parkinson's disease. Xela's experience in healthcare ingrained in her the importance of understanding each person's unique circumstances and tailoring her approach to meet their specific needs. Her multifaceted background allows her to approach each move with a fresh perspective, anticipating potential obstacles and providing proactive solutions. Xela's innate ability to think critically, coupled with her genuine desire to help others, sets her apart as a true ally for individuals and families in need of a seamless and stress-free moving experience. Xela took over Packing Pros from Xela’s aunt, Lee Glenn. Her ability to think on her feet, adapt quickly, and find creative solutions to unexpected challenges sets her apart as an invaluable problem solver in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment of each pack and move job. ​
